Well I sure feel like I have been under a rock the last year or two. I have, so to speak with an old computer and a modem that was slower than my grandmothers driving, I never surfed. If I did, it was with Lynx and usually to the newssites.(Until they all suddenly got anti-textbrowser friendly) I was busy running mailinglists, so I was on the web, but not "on the web". Meanwhile this whole weblog thing happened. And what is a weblog? Essentially it's the same as someones personal waste-of-space-homepage in 94, cept with far better design in most cases and regurlarly updated (hopefully). So when I found one, which linked me to another one, and to another one, I had a sense of Deja-Surf.

It's Monday! Casting went well thankyou! But right now I'm concentration on being a regular Martha Stuart. *ha!* I'm baking an american style coconutcake from a box see. And failing miserably! All I had to do was add three eggs, but I somehow managed to that wrong. It looks very flat. :))

I can't belive the "your day as a burger-worker" is still out there! The first time I saw it and surfed it must have been eons ago, if you count it in internettime. :) Just goes to show you, that a good concept actually does last

There is no better cure for boredom than to watch Kubbar.com-"The best source of arabic songs on the internet". Heck, they even managed to make their "logo" retro-cool in total seriousness.

Speaking of logo's. Coke's logo, the script font that is, is really ancient, and all the old stuff looks nice. I just wish they would stop redesigning the cans and bottles every two years. They always come out worse than they started.

Goodmorning. I stumbled on to Steves logo hell, note his logo, and the swirly logo page thanks to the earlier mentioned Swoosh page. You'd think that designers would catch on after a while. Swooshes and circles have been done. Should we blame it on adobe Illustrators simple spiral-tool? You know the thing, it's under the same button as the simple star-tool. Perhaps that's what this designer used.
